A PhD in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline is required for the Research Fellow position. Candidates should be highly motivated, demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to work independently, and possess excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. They should be able to interpret complex technical results, develop accurate solutions under tight timelines, and communicate research outcomes effectively to academic and industry stakeholders.

PhD research opportunities are available at IMS Research Group, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (Physics Division), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Students will have the opportunity to work on key research topics including non-volatile memory devices, spintronics, and ReRAM devices.
